SOLVE YOUR STAFFING ISSUES.
FOR GOOD.
We can help ethically recruit exceptional care assistants and registered nurses from the Philippines for your care business.
How We Recruit Better
Access to a Massive Talent Pool
We have direct access to one of the largest pipelines of talent in the Philippines, maximising the pool of quality candidates.
Values-based Recruitment
CRI adopts a “values based recruitment” approach which places a heavy emphasis on character. This is especially important for front-line healthcare workers.
Two-Part English Language Assessment
An IELTS certificate isn't enough. We carefully review the fluency and rapport-building abilities of all candidates to ensure they'll fit right into your team.
Technical Assessment
All candidates are screened by our nurse instructor for technical knowledge and competency.
Paperwork + Admin Minimised
We take on the paperwork burden (including Philippines Government registration), freeing you up to run your care business.
Ethical Recruitment
We always strive to do right by both our candidates and our clients. Unlike other UK agencies, we NEVER charge candidates a recruitment fee.

FAQs
What types of staff do you currently recruit?
We are currently recruiting care assistants, senior care assistants and registered nurses.
If you require a different category of worker, please contact us.
How long does it take to get a worker to the UK?
It depends.
The time from the client signing a recruitment contract and the worker arriving at the place of work varies and is related to the recruitment requirements, availability of COSs, Home Office processing time etc.
The very best case scenario would be 6 weeks, but we always advise planning ahead and giving a longer lead time than this.
What is your retention rate for placed workers?
Between launching in June 2023 and November 2024, our candidate retention rate is 100%.
Do you offer any guarantee?
If an employee’s employment contract is terminated due to professional incompetence or the worker leaves by their own choice within 90 days of the work commencement date,
CRI will provide a replacement worker for no additional agency costs.
Please note – all of the candidates we have placed are still in the same role. We believe the chances of the above scenario happening are very low.
Are you licensed to recruit directly from the Philippines?
Yes we are. CRI is fully accredited by the Philippines government to hire workers directly from their country. This opens up access to healthcare workers from a population of 109 million.
I am a domiciliary care provider. Can you find workers who can drive?
Yes we can. We have already deployed a number of candidates to the UK where driving was a requirement for the role.
Do you offer support for CoS and SMS management?
Not directly, however we have partnered with a leading law firm in London that specialises in immigration. They are able to assist CRI clients for a fixed fee per candidate.
Do you offer support for nurse OSCE training?
Yes we can.
What are the costs?
For detailed costs, please contact our partnerships manager Daisy Williams – her details are at the bottom of this page.
